The only reason I left was because of Covid and their subsequent closure for the quarantine time period. The instructors can seem a bit harsh, but you have to understand that as a dealer, you're working with a lot of money!! Once you get past that, it's definitely worth it and a lot of fun. The only drawback was the Blackjack training was not paid, so you go about 3 weeks without pay, my group was 9 because we learned 4 additional games. The community is just great, all my coworkers were very friendly and supportive. My shift had a FB page where we could post it as well so someone could take it last minute from you. As for needing to change your schedule, their online system allows you to put up a day for someone to take from you. If you want overtime, you can almost always get it. Yes, sometimes you encounter the rude and/unruly player but our Floor's (the person immediately over the dealer) is almost always behind or beside you, and always within hearing distance and are quick to step in. A great place to work, the most fun I've ever had at a job! My position was as a table games dealer, my management people were amazing.
